The food was hygienic and delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff at the front office were extremely helpful and courteous. The location was convenient, being close to the Palace and within walking distance. The staff quickly responded to a missing item.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the decent amenities provided in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. the hotel had a prime location near popular tourist destinations. It was situated in the heart of the city and had easy access to transportation. Lastly, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offered a variety of dishes to satisfy my taste buds.
I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality shown by the staff. The front desk officer had a lackadaisical attitude and did not seem to care about my concerns.

The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms with all the basic amenities. the staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. the hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast provided every morning, which was a great way to start the day.
The restaurant attached to the hotel only provided snacks, which meant we had to order food from outside. This was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area near public transportation. the rooms are spacious and come with nice amenities like hot water, free WIFI, and secure parking. the service is helpful and available 24/7. the breakfast is tasty with a fair selection of options.
The cleanliness of the hotel and bathrooms could use some improvement.
